Green Beans In Cream Cheese

This recipe was sent to me by a fellow from Ontario.  He said he found it on the web.  The person that posted it said they just made it up.  If that's the case, then great low-carb kudos to 'em!  Besides being so simple, it's pretty darn good as well...


If frozen, put the beans in a colander and run cool water over them until thawed.

Sauté garlic in the olive oil until just turning golden and fragrant. 

Add the beans.  Sauté for about 5 more minutes.

Add the cream cheese and stir until melted.  Serve immediately.

Or, you can make this simple main course with it.
