Testing a Steak

Ever found yourself wanting to make the perfect steak, and have no clue on how "done" it is?

Well here's a simple method to determine steak "Doneness!"

Use your index finger, press lightly on a meaty part of the steak on the grill.

Now, with your other hand, lightly put your thumb and index finger together (kinda like making the "Ok" sign), only as tightly as you would if you were trying to hold a single sheet of paper.  Holding your hand, palm up, comfortably front of you.  At the base of your thumb, on your palm, there is a "ball" of flesh and muscle.

Press on that "ball" at the base of your thumb, with your index finger:

Now gently put your second (middle) finger and thumb together:

Now gently put your third (ring) finger and thumb together:

Now gently put your forth (pinky) finger and thumb together:
