Quick Coleslaw

The typical recipe for Coleslaw can be found here.  This version is quicker and easier to make, and a smaller amount.

Serving for two:

• 2-cups shredded cabbage
• 2-Tablespoons minced onions
• 2-Tablespoons white vinegar
• 2-Tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1-clove garlic minced
• 2-teaspoons sugar
• 1-teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• [optional:] celery seeds

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for about an hour.  Place a generous portion on each pulled pork sandwich.
