Brining Meats

Brining meat is an interesting and old-fashioned way to make the perfect meat dish.  Brining has been used for centuries for both preservation and for flavor enhancement.

Bringing is ideal for tougher cuts of meat, or things that could dry out during cooking.  If you ask, you'll find that most large restaurants use brining.
