Pepper Relish

This recipe is from my dear MIL (Mother In Law), Alice.  Penny spent some time with her a few weeks ago, and found that she really liked this relish.  So, with just a hint of prodding, her mom sent it to us, and I've posted it here for everybody.

Ingredients:

Grind coarsely, cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.  Drain.  Cover again with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes.  Drain.

More:

Combine ingredients and pour into pepper mixture. 

Boil for 5 minutes.

Pack & seal.
