Orange Honey Butter

Something yummy for my sourdough or cornbread.

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter at room temperature
• 2-4 Tablespoons honey
• 1 or 2 Tablespoon of grated orange zest

Beat or whip the butter until light and fluffy.  Add the honey and orange zest until well blended.

This simple spread is wonderful on fresh, hot muffins, Dutch babies, pancakes or even French toast.
