Chili Powder

Those that know how I cook, know that I love to break recipes down into their basic, constituent parts.  It takes no skill to open a box of this or that and "just add water" or whatever...  But, in my search for originality, I seek to find out what's at the heart of all recipes.  This recipe, for something I use a great deal of, demystifies Chili-powder.  It's simple, easy, and the best solution.

Ingredients:

Assemble and mix well.  Store in an airtight container.

Adjust the cayenne pepper to taste for a milder or hotter blend.  This makes a little over 1 cup.
